Black nano antioxidant coating

A special black nano-coating protects the APRO Series against strong light and ultraviolet exposure, particularly in seaside environments. This coating effectively prevents discoloration and oxidation of the cabinet, maintaining the product’s appearance and structural integrity while significantly enhancing its durability and service life.

Nano-coating for led lamp beads

The special nano-coating on the LED lamps significantly enhances their waterproof performance, effectively protecting them from moisture, dead lamps, false soldering, oxidation of solder wires, and other issues caused by the high humidity and salt-rich environment of seaside locations. This ensures greater product stability and reliability in challenging conditions.

Multilayer Conformal Coating

All display adapter boards and power adapter boards in the Whale Series are coated with ultra-durable multi-layer triple-proof paint. This protective layer prevents electronic components from coming into contact with the humid seaside air, significantly enhancing product stability and durability.

All components are corrosion-resistant

The power supply, mask, locker, screws, and pins of the product have undergone a 72-hour salt spray test to ensure durability.

High Flame Retardant Silicone Wire

High-quality silicone wires are designed to withstand temperatures of up to +200°C. All power cable terminal interfaces are reinforced with anti-loosening glue, ensuring 100% fault-free power transmission.
