Sartek provides a selection of standard swing-arm, half-height and full-height turnstiles. A state-of-the-art “optical turnstile”, which replaces the need for an intrusive physical barrier by using active infrared beams to create an invisible electronic field between two pedestals, controlling the passage of every person entering and leaving a facility. They trigger an alarm in case of illegal action. If an unauthorized person is trying to enter, the optical turnstile is designed to detect queuing, collusion, non-entry and obstruction.
